Custom Orders
Have you been scrolling my feed and loved an item that I've already sold? Does your friend have a baby shower coming up and her nursery theme is super specific? Do you need a specific animal made in someone's favorite color? No worries! Customer orders to the rescue!
How do custom orders work?
I've got a form for you to fill out! Let me know what kind of animal/doll you're interested in having made. Be as detailed as possible and let me know what colors you are thinking! You can scroll through the carousel at the bottom of this page to view some of my most popular makes.
After you submit your form, I'll reach out! We'll talk all the specifics and I will give you a timeline and a price based on my current order load and supplies needed. If those details all sound good, I will send you a custom invoice, and once paid, your custom will officially be on the books and on my hook!
Unfortunately, this isn't my full-time job (yet!), so please allow me 1-2 business days to get back to you after you fill out the form.
How much do custom orders cost?
It varies! It depends on what kind of item you're ordering, the amount of colors, detail work, and the cost of materials needed. But most of my custom makes fall in the $40-$80 range!
Payment
Once we've gone over all the details and you've said you're ready to move forward, I'll send you a custom invoice. You'll get it in your email and it will bring you back to the website to checkout like you would with any normal order. Once payment is received, the timeline for your custom make starts.
Turnaround Time
Out of an abundance of caution, I ask that you plan for a 4-6 week turnaround for your custom order, especially if you need it by a specific date. If I don't have the appropriate colors on hand, it can take a while for me to get an order of your desired colors delivered to me to begin work. But once you submit the custom order form, I'll reach out and let you know if we can trim that turnaround down any.
