Refund policy
Due to the handmade nature of my small business, all sales are final—I do not accept returns or exchanges. That being said, if something arrives damaged, please reach out! I want you to love your items!
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item. I will work with you and do what I can to resolve the issue. All issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery to be considered.
