Shipping policy

Where is my order shipping from?
All orders are shipped from Greenville, North Carolina :)

How long does it take my order to ship?
All orders containing ready-to-ship items are processed within 3-5 business days before shipping. Once shipped, delivery times are based on the carrier used. Once your item is processed, you will receive a tracking number for your order!

For custom orders, I will reach out to you directly to discuss your item request and the timeline, but plan for a 4-6 week processing time if you're ordering a gift for a special occasion.

Shipping Carriers
Any orders containing one-of-a-kind, handmade items will be shipped using UPS Ground. I have picked this method of shipping as my go-to for my one-of-a-kind items because of my past experience working in retail. If anything goes awry in shipping, I will submit a claim in an effort to protect both the buyer and myself from a financial loss.

Orders on paper products that fall within the appropriate weight limits may be shipped USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground Saver in an effort to save you money on shipping!

Do you offer international shipping?
Unfortunately, at this time, I do not. Orders are available to U.S. addresses only.

Do you accept returns?
Due to the handmade nature of my small business, all sales are final—I do not accept returns or exchanges. That being said, if something arrives damaged, please reach out! I want you to love your items!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item. I will work with you and do what I can to resolve the issue. All issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery to be considered.

I think my package is lost
If your package has not arrived and you believe it should have, please track your package using the tracking number you received in your email. The information you can see from the shipping carrier is the same information that will be available to me.

If your item appears to be stuck in transit:
The best course of action is to reach out to the carrier for assistance. If this does not resolve the issue, you can contact me and I will begin the process of filing a claim on this order and we will discuss the best plan of action for replacing or refunding the items while we wait for UPS to locate the item or settle the claim.

Your item is listed as delivered, but you haven't received it:
First, don't panic! I recommend waiting 1 full business day before you begin to worry. It is not uncommon for USPS packages or UPS Ground Saver packages to be marked as delivered accidentally when they reach your local post office. They are typically delivered the next business day. However, mistakes do happen! If you think your item has been delivered to the wrong address, it is best to reach out to the carrier for assistance. If you need help determining which carrier is responsible for delivering your package, please feel free to ask me! If it is USPS, contacting your local post office that is responsible for your daily mail delivery, is the best way! Their carriers have access to additional information that is not available to us.

I sent my order to the wrong address:
If you entered the incorrect shipping address at checkout, please contact me as soon as possible so I can update the shipping address before your order ships. If the order has already shipped, unfortunately, any address changes are now out of my control. You can contact the carrier and see if a reroute is possible.
